Terms of Use

A general template — review and adapt it to your own circumstances and jurisdiction before publishing.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share links to anything published here. Articles, photographs and illustrations remain the property of their authors; please do not republish substantial extracts without permission, though short quotations with a link back are always fine.

Gardening advice disclaimer

Gardening outcomes depend on climate, soil, aspect, timing and luck. Everything here is offered in good faith as general information, not as a guarantee of results. Identify plants carefully before eating anything, follow the label on any product you apply, and take sensible precautions with tools, ladders and machinery.

We sometimes link to other websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Advertising space on this site is clearly labelled. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content, and the presence of an advert is not an endorsement of the product shown.

These terms may change over time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
